Professional (monthly subscription)
- • Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.
- • Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of the first payment when no analyses were consumed.
- • If usage exists, eligibility may be partial or not applicable depending on effective consumption.
Growth (monthly subscription)
- • Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.
- • Started billing periods are generally non-prorated unless there is a billing error or legal requirement.
Special cases
- • Duplicate charge or verified billing error: priority adjustment/refund.
- • Payment fraud incidents are handled with the payment processor and relevant controls.

- • Initial response target: 3 business days.
